  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    4 legged furry friends to include cats and dogs; no exotic pets allowed.
  2. How many pets may I have?
    Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    Includes a non-refundable pet fee of $150; refundable deposit of $200 and monthly pet rent of $15 per pet.
  4. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    Picture identification is required to tour an apartment.
  5. What are your fees and monthly charges?
    Your monthly rent includes basic extended cable, high speed internet, water/sewer/trash/pest; the only other charge is Electricity – hassle free; no deposit – commercial rate billed by and paid to the property.
  6. What are the income and credit qualifications?

  7. What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
    Must provide 3 paycheck stubs; notarized letter from your employer, Tax return or bank statements.
  8. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    Yes as long as you leave the apartment in the same condition as you received; other than general wear and tear.
  9. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    You would be required to give a full 60 day notice and pay through that notice; pay back any concession that was offered when signing the lease and pay a re-letting fee that is equal to 85% of one month’s rent at the time notice is given.
  10. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    We prefer our residents sign a lease contract; however should you remain on a month-to-month lease you would be required to pay Market Rent plus a month-to-month fee of $100.
  11. What utilities are included in my lease?
    The only utility you are required to pay is Electricity.
  12. How long is the term of the lease?
    Minimum of 6 months to 13 months.
  13. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    We will accept a limited number of short term leases with a $150 upcharge over the current Market Rent.
  14. Am I required to have renters' insurance?
    Yes we do require residents to carry renters insurance to protect their belongings.
  15. Do you offer furnished apartments?
    We do not offer furnished apartments.
  16. Do you offer corporate apartments?
    We do not offer corporate apartments.
  17. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    You may complete a service request on the website, provide written request to the office staff, or call the office to request service.
  18. When is my rent payment due?
    Rent is due on the first day of the month.
  19. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    Late charges will be assessed beginning the morning of the 4th.
  20. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Yes; you will be able to set up these types of payments through our website on Paylease.
  21. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Yes; the property has a rent drop box located at the office.
  22. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Yes guest are permitted up to 3 days; permission must be obtained from management for anything beyond the 3 days.
  23. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    Motorcycles may be parked in any open parking space within the community.
  24. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Your children will need to be added to the lease as occupants at the time you lease the apartment even if they only occupy the apartment during the summer months.
  25. Do you have cable services?
    Yes, your rent includes basic extended cable and internet services.
  26. Does the property have a swimming pool?
    Yes we have a swimming pool.
  27. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    We will accept them, but we do not sign for them.
